I have a bedroom available for summer sublease (Mid to end of May - End of July); Females only. I can be flexible in the start date of sublease) with an option to lease in the upcoming school year as well. Parking is also available. The apartment has an amazing pool, hot tub, study areas, 24-hour fitness center, basketball court, yoga room, rooftop sundeck, clubhouse, courtyards, parking garage, bike room, fire pits, and hammocks. The first floor has a coffee bar (also free breakfast each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) Each unit has an Individual full size bathroom in each room, washer/dryer unit, large open plan modern kitchen and living room.
